When will it arrive?

Posted within 3 business days of your order. Orders placed from Tue 24 Nov to Tue 1 Dec are posted within 5 business days of your order. Free untracked post anywhere in Australia, and tracked post calculated at checkout. Transit time depends on the service and destination.

How is it presented?

Every piece comes in a LoveStamp gift pouch, or in a jewellery box if you add one for that piece. We post it in a plain mailer with no branding on the outside.
