Footprints are too small to read on a ring face, so we don’t offer them. For a pet’s paw print, email us a photo at hello@lovestamp.com.au first and we’ll tell you honestly whether it will engrave well.

No. A clear photo is enough: a finger in daylight, a print card from a hospital, a handwritten card. Our photo guides show how for each kind of mark.

We tell you. If the lines are too soft or too faint to engrave well, we say why and ask for another photo before anything is made. We never guess at lines that aren’t there.

JPG, PNG or HEIC (the iPhone default), up to 20 MB each.

We keep your original untouched and use it to make and post your piece. We never sell it. We delete it 90 days after delivery, unless you ask us to keep it for reorders. The privacy page has the detail.

Yes. A person checks every mark and sends you a proof. Nothing is engraved until you say yes.

Your proof within 1 business day of receiving your mark. Posted within 3 business days of your yes.

The mark and the words, yes, until you approve your proof: tell us what you’d like changed and we send a new one. For anything else, email us at hello@lovestamp.com.au and we’ll tell you what we can do.

Stainless steel. The 18k gold PVD and black finishes are a hard coating over the steel.

Yes. You choose a face for names and dates as you make your piece. Some faces are premium, for $8.

Yes, free on every order. Free post comes in a gift pouch; for $9 you can swap it for a gift box. Tracked post comes in a box already.

Whole US sizes, from US 4 to 15 (The Crest), US 4 to 14 (The Ingot and The Medallion), US 7 to 12 (The Cartouche) and US 8 to 10 (The Navette). The Toi et Moi adjusts: it sits at about US 7 and opens gently to about US 10 to 11. Our ring size guide shows how to measure at home.

Standard shipping within Australia is free and untracked. Tracked shipping within Australia, standard or express, comes in a gift box and is calculated at checkout.

If it hasn’t arrived within 14 days of dispatch, we resend it or refund you, your choice. No proof of loss needed.

Engraved into the metal, not printed on it. Stainless steel won’t tarnish. Gold PVD and black wear slowly over the years, with gentle care.

Gently wipe with a soft, dry cloth. For a deeper clean, use warm water with a mild soap and pat dry. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive materials, especially around the engraved areas.

Change your mind before you approve your proof and we refund you in full. After that, because the piece is made for you, we can’t refund a change of mind. Faults are always covered.

Email us at hello@lovestamp.com.au with a photo. If your piece is faulty or not as described, we repair, replace or refund it, as the Australian Consumer Law requires.

Send it and we’ll look closely. If the lines are too faint to engrave well, we’ll tell you before anything is made, and suggest what might work.

Send us a photo of the print card, taken in daylight, and we’ll check it by hand. You never need to post us the original.

It comes in a plain mailer, with no branding outside.
