Email us a photo first at hello@lovestamp.com.au, and we’ll tell you honestly whether it will engrave well.
A name or a date
Typed in, in the lettering you choose.
How we’ll care for it
- We keep your original untouched.
- A person checks every mark and sends you a proof. Nothing is engraved until you say yes.
- We delete your original 90 days after delivery, unless you ask us to keep it for reorders.
- It arrives in a soft pouch, or a jewellery box with tracked post, inside a plain mailer with no branding outside.
You don’t need everything today
- Your piece is saved in this browser as you go. A private window, or a long gap between visits, can clear it, so if you’ll be a while, email us the photo at hello@lovestamp.com.au.
- A photo of a card or an existing print is enough. You never post us the original.
If you still have time with them
Hospital, palliative care and funeral staff can often take a print if you ask them.

Questions people ask
Can you work from an old or faded photo?
Send it and we’ll look closely. If the lines are too faint to engrave well, we’ll tell you before anything is made, and suggest what might work.
Can you engrave a print a hospital or funeral director took?
Send us a photo of the print card, taken in daylight, and we’ll check it by hand. You never need to post us the original.
Will the parcel say what’s inside?
It comes in a plain mailer, with no branding outside.
