Prices

All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. We are registered for GST and a tax invoice is issued with every order.

Paid extras are shown with their price before you choose them: a premium font $8, and a gift box in place of the pouch $9. The gift note is free. Tracked shipping is calculated at checkout.

Prices can change. The price that applies is the one shown when you check out.

Orders and proofs

Placing an order is an offer to buy. After you order, a person checks every mark and sends you a proof. Nothing is engraved until you approve it.

Each ring is made to the proof you approve: the ring, finish, size and each mark. We engrave from the files you sent. We don’t invent lines that aren’t in them. If we can’t make a piece well from what you sent, we’ll tell you, and refund you in full if you’d rather not go ahead.

Cancelling and custom work

Change your mind before you approve your proof and we refund you in full. After that, because the piece is made for you, we can’t refund a change of mind. Faults are always covered.

If you ordered the wrong size and we haven’t started engraving yet, we can change it at no extra cost.

Your rights

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If your piece is faulty, not as described, or not fit for the purpose we said it was for, we’ll repair, replace or refund it as the law requires.

Nothing on this site is medical, legal or appraisal advice. Engravings soften with wear over the years; the care page says how to look after yours.
