Care
Engraved into the metal, not printed on it. Stainless steel won’t tarnish. Gold PVD and black wear slowly over the years, with gentle care.
Gently wipe with a soft, dry cloth. For a deeper clean, use warm water with a mild soap and pat dry. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive materials, especially around the engraved areas.
Take it off before showering, swimming, or putting on lotions and perfume. Keep polishing cloths off the engraved face.

If you haven’t replied within 3 business days, we send one gentle reminder. We never engrave without a yes.
Change your mind before you approve your proof and we refund you in full. After that, because the piece is made for you, we can’t refund a change of mind. Faults are always covered.
