What happens to my photo after I order?

We keep your original photo with your order. For questions or requests about your photo, email hello@lovestamp.au.

What if the writing is faint?

Once we’ve traced your photo, fine detail the check flags appears faded as a warning. Look closely at the preview; if the writing looks faint or broken, try another photo before ordering.

Can I change my mind after ordering?

Engraved rings are made just for you, so once you’ve paid we can’t refund or exchange one for a change of mind. If your ring is faulty, or doesn’t match the design you paid for, we’ll remake it or refund you, whichever you’d like. Faults are always covered, and this doesn’t affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
