We’ll open the studio with your ring, finish and size chosen, to check their paw print (the studio calls it a drawing) with you and see it exactly as we’ll engrave it, before you buy.
How to get their print
- Make a print. A little pet-safe ink on their paw, pressed gently onto plain white paper.
- Take a photo in good light and add it above. Their name can go beside it in the studio.
- Check the preview and order. We engrave exactly what you saw and post it to you.
Already have their print?
- A print on paper or a card. Photograph the ink print in good light and add it above. You can check and crop it in the studio.
- Take your time with the preview. If the lines look faint or broken, a clearer photo may help. You can contact us before ordering if you are unsure.

What happens to my photo after I order?
We keep your original photo with your order. For questions or requests about your photo, email hello@lovestamp.au.
What if the print is a bit smudgy?
Once we’ve traced your photo, fine detail the check flags appears faded as a warning. Look closely at the preview; if the print looks faint or smudged, try another photo before ordering.
Can I change my mind after ordering?
Engraved rings are made just for you, so once you’ve paid we can’t refund or exchange one for a change of mind. If your ring is faulty, or doesn’t match the design you paid for, we’ll remake it or refund you, whichever you’d like. Faults are always covered, and this doesn’t affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
